Our mission: Provide high quality coaching services at an affordable rate. We understand that these services are typically outside the price range of those who have faced college closures and displacement. With shrinking numbers of academic opportunities, such support and guidance is more important than ever.

With over 25 years of experience in higher education, I have made a career creating impactful programs, initiatives, and pathways that enhance faculty development. Along the way I have developed a passion for mentoring teams, guiding colleagues toward recognizing the talent and career possibilities they did not see in themselves.
